Court Reporters - New Information
The court generally does not provide a court reporter for civil trials or any court proceeding except law and motion. A party may provide and pay the fees for its own certified shorthand reporter.

General Procedures(1) All CEQA litigants must strictly compy with all statutory procedural requirements. (2) Courtesy copies of filings will not be received unless specifically requested by the court.
